We hope that you enjoy your stay in our house and spend a few beautiful, relaxing and above all unforgettable days with us in Damüls. So that you can find your way around more quickly, here is some information about our house.
Arrival and departure
- The booked room or flat can be occupied from 3 pm. Subject to availability and on request, early check-in is possible from approx. 12:00.
- Should your arrival be delayed until after 7 pm, please inform us.
- On your departure, we ask you to vacate the flats and rooms by 11.00 a.m. at the latest so that your next tenants can move into the accommodation by midday.
- Early check-in and late check-out are possible on request and for a small surcharge, subject to availability.
Après-ski bar
Our après-ski umbrella bar is open daily from 9:00 to 18:00 in winter.
Payment
You are welcome to settle the final bill at reception the evening before your departure, which minimises the hassle for you and for us. Reception is open from 9 a.m. in the morning.

Bread roll service
If you would like to order fresh bread rolls for your flat in the morning, please ask at reception for a bread roll list. You can tick the desired baked goods the evening before (also for the following days!) and return them to the restaurant or reception.
There is a choice of bread rolls, corn rolls, pretzel rolls, croissants and gluten-free rolls.

Final cleaning in all flats and suites: one-off € 50
Meal times
Breakfast buffet from 8:00 - 10:00 a.m.
Evening menu from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
If you would like to eat with us in the evening according to the menu, the menus are available in the restaurant.
Try our specialities: Fondue, Tatar hat, Vulcano meat skewer or spare ribs! Please book in advance.
Good fairies - Service
Especially for our guests in the #monti Chalet & Wellness Suites:
We are happy to offer a "Good Fee" service and also serve selected dishes in your suite at 6 pm (pre-order by 5 pm) at no extra charge for room service. Enjoy your dinner in a private romantic atmosphere!
House Chiara
Please note that access to the wellness area in the Hotel Walisgaden is not included when booking in the neighbouring Chiara houses.
You are welcome to book the wellness pass at reception at short notice:
- Per person and day, including rental bathrobe and flip-flops EUR 45,-.
If you would like to enjoy our wellness centre every day, we are happy to offer you a discounted package price.
You are also welcome to add meals in our hotel restaurant to your booking:
- Half board per person and night EUR 60,-
- Breakfast only per person and night EUR 25
Meals for small children up to 6 years:
- Half board per night EUR 40,-
- Breakfast only per person and night EUR 20,-
We ask coffee lovers who have booked a flat in Haus Dorfblick to bring espresso capsules for the available Nespresso coffee machines.
Dogs
Dogs are very welcome! The price per day without food: € 25,-
Children
Small children are welcome in the designated wellness areas: Pool & textile sauna.
Older children are also welcome in the relaxation areas as long as they do not disturb the peace and quiet of the other guests.
We have a small play corner and a table tennis table.
Children's discounts for accommodation are available for 2 or more full-paying guests.
Meals for small children up to 6 years:

- Breakfast only per person and night EUR 20,-
Short stays, New Year and carnival
For bookings of up to 4 nights and at weekends, as well as at New Year and carnival, a surcharge per person and night will be charged.
Smoking
We kindly ask you not to smoke in the rooms, ashtrays are located on the balconies.

Cancellation & Reservation
In the event of cancellation, the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the hotel industry
- Free of charge for cancellations up to 3 months before the travel date
- 1 month before travel date 40%
- 1 week before travel date 70%
- Anything less than 1 week will be charged 90% of the package price
For your and our safety, should something come up, it is possible to cancel your trip at low cost at www.europaische.atto cancel your holiday.
Your reservation is confirmed after you have provided your credit card number or transferred a deposit.

Please note: In winter, the rooms and all holiday flats can only be booked with a garage! There is no parking outside.
Christmas and New Year's Eve
For Christmas and New Year's Eve menus there is a surcharge of EUR 35,- on the half-board price.
Wellness area
Use of the wellness area is included with an overnight stay at the Hotel Walisgaden or in the new #monti suites . Please note that access to the wellness area is not included for bookings in the neighbouring houses Chiara and Dorfblick.
Our wellness area with indoor pool is open daily from 08:00 to 18:30. The sauna area is open from 14:30 to 18:30. Bathrobes and flip-flops are available to borrow for your stay in your room. Please leave them in your room when you leave. Towels are in the wellness area and can be placed in the laundry basket provided after use.
W-LAN
We offer free W-LAN throughout the hotel.
Room service
We offer daily room cleaning in the Hotel Walisgaden and in the new #monti suites. If you run out of toilet paper, you can let our chambermaids or reception know.
