It is a special kind of purity that you feel, sense - and even taste - at altitude. The shimmering Alpine air is revitalising. You can see further. And you feel more strongly. The colours are more vibrant, everything smells of life - and you also taste more intensely.

Authentic and "down to earth".

We have therefore decided that we also want to reach new heights in culinary terms. On the one hand, through nuances of flavour that surpass the conventional. On the other hand, as "down to earth", down-to-earth flavours that blend with genuineness, authenticity and our Ländle mentality.

In many respects, savouring has become a holistic affair. It should taste good, be healthy if possible, regional, sustainable, ethically correct and available from early to late. Quite a challenge here at 1,700 metres above sea level, almost above the clouds. But we have found our own kitchen line and created a good mix of Alpine cuisine, fine dining and trendy cuisine. From breakfast to the à la carte highlights to the evening menu. And from après-ski to afternoon coffee and evening drinks in our Lounge 1932!

Hotel bars were yesterday. Today we chill out in our lounge, which is reminiscent of our founding year 1932. From afternoon coffee and tea time to the "ultimo giro" nightcap. Old and new - traditional and trendy. But one thing always remains the same - the alpine-family hospitality at 1,700 metres.

Coffee first! And then everything the breakfast buffet has to offer! Many delicacies from waffles to salmon and egg dishes to Gugelhupf await our hotel guests and all "early bird" alpinists who fancy "breakfast with a view"!
